Introducing.....
About us
St. Meows was founded in 2000 by a Boston Globe reporter after her friend died of a brain aneurysm at her shelter that housed some 58 cats that were under threat of euthanasia. After taking a long hiatus to raise her daughter, St. Meows, dubbed the "Marines of Animal Rescue" by Harvard's The Crimson, is back doing what they were well known throughout greater Boston for doing -- rescuing cats dumped on the streets like they were trash.
LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD HOMES....
I'm SHIRLEY...I haven't met you and I already love you
That's my mom over there (Shirley)... best evah mom... she was determined to get us help and oddly enough she put her best paw forward to the right people -- a mother and her daughter, a professional actress who knew how to put her best paw forward too! They happen to be passing by around the time we needed help the most
